Substance Use Disorder Services
The Mille Lacs Band's SUD Department, a division of Health and Human Services, assists Band members suffering from chemical use and abuse. We provide a full range of services, including Rule 25 comprehensive assessments, Wellbriety Groups, Alcoholics Anonymous, relapse prevention, aftercare educational sessions, a halfway house and outpatient treatment programs.
The SUD Department also operates Four Winds Lodge inpatient treatment center in Brainerd.
If you or someone you know needs help, please call, email or stop by one of the clinics in District I, II or III.

Rule 25 Chemical Dependency Assessments — Assessors determine the length and type of treatment services that may be needed for individuals with chemical use issues. To schedule chemical use service appointments, please call 320-532-7773.
Alcoholics Anonymous and Wellbriety Groups intervene and support individuals battling chemical abuse.
