2010 Minnesota General Election

On Tuesday, November 2, Minnesotans will elect a new Governor, Attorney General, Secretary of State, all members of the Minnesota delegation of the U.S. House of Representatives, and all members of the Minnesota Senate and House of Representatives. County residents will elect members of their county boards, and some will elect school board members.

This is a critical election year. Issues of great importance to Indian Country and other Minnesotans will be determined by the people we elect to public office on November 2. That’s why it is so important to learn about the candidates, register to vote, and make informed decisions at the polls.

Below we have identified several races that will affect voters in the reservation districts. To find your voting district, visit http://pollfinder.sos.state.mn.us. If you don’t live in the districts mentioned below, visit http://candidates.sos.state.mn.us to find the elections in your district.
